Kansas Vital Record Delivery Options on the iKan Mobile App
When placing a Vital Records request on the iKan mobile app, you have two delivery options to choose from:
Standard Mail
After an order has been processed by the Kansas Department of Health and Environment (KDHE) Office of Vital Statistics, certificates are delivered via USPS regular mail to the address provided within 7-10 business days.
Will Call
Will Call pickup is at the KDHE Office in Topeka, KS. Certificates are usually ready the following business day. An email notification will be sent when the certificate is ready to be picked up. The "requestor" must be the person that picks up the certificate and they must bring a current, valid government-issued photo ID and any additional requirements outlined in the email receipt.
