Add a Property on iKan

To receive email notifications when new bills become available, follow the steps below to connect a property to your iKan profile. 

  1. Log in (see Create a Profile on iKan) and click Connect Property

  2. Select your county and click Submit

Note: If your county does not currently offer online payments through iKan, you'll be provided contact information for your county.

  1. Select the desired search criteria to locate your property account

  1. The results of your search will be displayed. Confirm this is the correct property and connect it to your profile by clicking Yes, looks good. If something does not look right, click No, search again.

The property is now linked to your iKan profile and bills will appear on your dashboard after signing in.
